The waffle plate is usually served freshly baked and warm. This summer-only item is a chilled Kyo waffle topped with cream.

The chilled waffle is even more moist than usual. Refreshingly sweet butter cream and brightly colored and fruity seedless grape. Both have a refreshing taste, making this dish enjoyable even in the hot summer months.
