THE LIVELY Fukuoka Hakata is offering a new hotel experience through food, with the theme of “Emode (Emotional x Mode)”, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s original sweets at each season and event.
Starting on June 1, 2023 (Thursday), the summer-only sweet “Espuma Daifuku Shaved Ice” will be available in the room plan, room service, and café.

Strawberry Daifuku Shaved Ice

The toppings are strawberries and crunchy millefeuille, strawberry sauce on top of milk ice, and a generous amount of thick condensed milk custard cream. Inside, vanilla ice cream and fresh cream daifuku.

Matcha Daifuku Shaved Ice

The topping is matcha cookies, and the milk ice is filled with matcha and kuromitsu sauces. Inside is matcha ice cream, anko (red bean paste) and fresh cream daifuku.

Shaved ice with molasses daifuku

The topping is a Mitarashi dumpling, and the milk ice is topped with a generous amount of Kuromitsu cream sauce and Kuromitsu sauce. Inside, custard and fresh cream daifuku.
