OTTO SETTE, the main dining room at Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake, offers an autumn-only dinner course where you can enjoy seasonal flavors such as mushrooms and sweet potatoes.

Introducing “Autumn Limited Dinner Course”

■Cold appetizer “Vegetable field”

This is OTTO SETTE’s signature dish that expresses the vegetable fields of Yatsugatake. 30 types of vegetables such as sweet potatoes and pumpkin are combined with nut condiments.

■Pasta “Spaghettini with river shrimp and grilled eggplant”

A pasta dish made with plenty of fragrant river shrimp and grilled eggplant.

■Fish dish “Rainbow salmon brodette”

A light egg yolk sauce is combined with moist and steamed rainbow salmon.

■ Meat dish “Grilled beef mushroom zuppa”

It is a dish made with zuppa that combines fragrantly grilled beef with consommé that extracts the flavor of mushrooms with a siphon.
