With the promotion of “microtourism” as a way of traveling during the With Corona period, and while proposing a trip to the local area only now, it is a plan devised so that people living in Aomori can enjoy it easily. In addition to the discounted rate of up to 2,000 yen from the normal rate, we will present a day trip hot spring use ticket for the number of guests and an in-house ticket that can be used at the next stay. You can stay with peace of mind because we are taking measures against the new coronavirus infection centering on two measures, “hygiene control” and “3 dense avoidance”.
*In the Aomori dialect, it means “Where are you going?” and “I’m going to a hot spring”.
Hoshino Resorts promotes microtourism as a way of traveling during the With Corona period. Micro-tourism is a way of traveling that intentionally visits within a short distance, as opposed to a “journey” that imagines a distant place or a foreign country. We will propose various new value by developing various initiatives such as services tailored to the travel needs of the corona period, creating opportunities to gain deeper knowledge of the local area, and sightseeing that balances the local economy while preventing the spread of infection.
The Dosayusa plan is a plan designed so that people living in Aomori can easily enjoy microtourism. The room rate will be discounted up to 2,000 yen per person from the regular rate including overnight and breakfast. We do not set an upper limit so that you can enjoy it with your family and friends as often as you like. For a limited time until March 2021, you can stay at a great price.
All guests staying in the Dosayu plan will receive a voucher for entering the hot springs of Aomoriya on a day trip. You can use the Motoyu on site for a day trip. It is a rock bath with a retro atmosphere in which light shines through a large window and Tsugaru Vidoro glass decorates the surface of the bath. Immerse yourself in the hot, hot water, and interact with the locals who have been going there for a long time. You can enjoy the hot springs of Aomoriya even after your trip.

We will give you 1,000 yen worth of in-house ticket that you can use at your next stay so that you can stay for the second time and after. It can be used at the Jawamegu Shop, which sells Aomori specialty products and souvenirs, and the Yottemare Bar, where you can taste local sake with a variety of snacks. We would like you to enjoy Aomoriya as many times as you can, such as 3 hot springs, 2 restaurants, many activities and seasonal events so that you can choose a different stay each time.

The Hiroshima Museum of Art is hosting the exhibition “ZIPANGU: Contemporary Artists Who Defined the Heisei Era” (November 2, 2024 – December 22, 2024). This showcase brings together works by some of the most prominent figures in Japan’s contemporary art scene, including Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, Makoto Aida, Yoshitomo Nara, Chiharu Shiota, Izumi Kato, Akira Yamaguchi, and Miwa Komatsu. The exhibition has already garnered significant attention, exceeding 10,000 visitors.
HYAKKEI covered the dialogue between contemporary artist Takashi Murakami and Sueo Mizuma, the curator of this exhibition, held at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Hiroshima. We also conducted an exclusive interview with Mr. Mizuma.
