The first sunrise of 2022 is at Mt. Rokko

Rokko Cable will carry out a special early morning operation for the first time in two years so that you can see the first sunrise of 2022 on Mt. Rokko. In addition, the take-out menu will be on sale all night from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day at Rokko Garden Terrace.

■ "Rokko Cable" Early morning special operation

In the early morning of January 1, we will operate on the following special timetable.

6:00 am, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes

*Normal operation will be performed after 7:10, 25, 40, and 8:00.
*Except for January 1, the train will operate at 7:10 for the first train and 21:10 for the last train.

One way: Adults 600 yen, children 300 yen
Round trip: Adults 1,100 yen, children 550 yen

■ Let's see the first sunrise at "Tenkandai"

The observatory will open the area from 6:00 am on January 1st.
*TENRAN CAFE is open early in the morning from 6 am to 9 am (last order at 8:30). In addition, on January 1st, we will not be open for business after 9 am and will be temporarily closed.

■ "Rokko Garden Terrace" Open all night from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day

Rokko Garden Terrace will be open all night from December 31st to January 1st, and will have a warm menu takeout (1 store). In addition, the “Natural Experience Observatory Rokko Shidare Observatory” in the area will also be open early in the morning from 5:30 am to 8:30 am (last reception at 8:00 am) on January 1st to coincide with the first sunrise of the year.

*Please note that the store cannot be used for take-out sales only.
*The Rokko Sanjo Bus bound for Rokko Garden Terrace does not operate during midnight and early morning hours, and operates on weekday schedules on New Year’s Day.
*In case of stormy weather, business may be closed all night.
*Parking fee is 2,000 yen from 22:00 on December 31, 2021 to 9:00 on January 1, 2022.
