[GOYADO] Let’s spend time in harmony with nature A new simple lodging facility opens in Ozu Town, Kumamoto

2022.04.09

The facility that was operated as a restaurant has been completely renovated and reborn as a simple lodging facility.
Instead of completely renewing the old ones, it has been transformed into a cozy space with the scent of Japanese culture so that it can be passed on to the next generation.
There is no special and urban hospitality.
However, please experience the special time to take a deep breath in nature.

What is GOYADO?

The etymology of GOYADO is GOJUKU[hometown].
The word [GO] has various meanings.
The meaning of “hometown” represented by “ZAIGO” and the meaning of “place” represented by “SENGO” and “utopia”.
Nestled in abundant nature, GOYADO is different from a gorgeous hotel, but we have carefully created a warm space where you can feel the nostalgia of “returning to the countryside”.
We aim to be a simple lodging facility that exists as your “GO” away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The shape of a sustainable inn that will continue into the future

GOYADO is renovating the “Kanmonzo” (a practical warehouse for storing agricultural equipment and materials) built in the Taisho era, using old materials without using new materials as much as possible.

In addition, we use 100% organic linen, and choose shampoo and soap that have as little natural effect as possible.
We believe that reducing the amount of garbage as much as possible is also necessary for the future, and we will not prepare disposable amenities for users, but will bring the ones they usually use. ..
