A new rental villa and cafe, TEF TANIGUMI, opened on Saturday, July 16, 2022. You can rent out the spacious grounds of approximately 6,600 square meters in luxury, and enjoy the hot spring.

The luxury of renting out a whole villa

It is a luxurious space with only three villas on a vast site of approximately 6,600 square meters. You can spend a relaxing time at one with nature while enjoying the scenery of each of the four seasons. At night, enjoy a bonfire in the private garden with your family and friends while watching the stars.

The terrace has a roof, so you can enjoy BBQ even in the rain. You can enjoy Gifu’s unique ingredients such as Hida beef, Hida pork, and Gifu Seiryu chicken.

Guest room hot springs with hot spring water from " Neogawa Yakumi Onsen".

The source of the Neogawa Tanikumi Onsen, which is characterized by its smooth spring water, is drawn into each villa, allowing you to enjoy our signature hot spring as often as you like, from check-in to check-out.

You can enjoy our coffee and food with a view of beautiful greenery from every seat. In cooperation with local farmers and businesses, we offer a full range of Gifu ingredients such as Hida beef, Hida pork, sweetfish, gibier, and local vegetables.
Breakfast for guests and a full-course dinner under the premium “Chef Plan” plan are available. We are also open for breakfast and lunch for the general public.

[KYUKAMURA OHMI-HACHIMAN]Tour of Lake Biwa’s famous landmarks ‘Enjoying “Biwa Ichi” by bus – around Lake Biwa’ tour.

The resort hotel ‘KYUKAMURA OHMI-HACHIMAN’, located on the eastern shore of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, in Omi Hachiman City, known for its Omi merchants and Azuchi Castle, is inviting participants to join the ‘Biwaichi’ bus tour, which immerses them in the historical romance of Shiga Prefecture, which has flourished as a key transport hub since ancient times, close to Kyoto and Nara.

In spring, the rows of cherry blossom trees along the Onshin River, which flows in front of Kai Nagato, are in full bloom, adding colour to the hot spring resort. This plan allows you to enjoy the rows of cherry blossom trees, which have attracted many tourists to the area, to your heart’s content.
