For a limited time from April 1st to April 10th, 2023, the hot spring inn “KAI Kinugawa” will sell the “Yozakura Hanami Kaiseki”, where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine while watching the cherry blossoms at night.
The “Yozakura Terrace” is a place where you can enjoy a luxurious evening cherry blossom viewing in a private space without worrying about the surroundings, as it is limited to one group per day.
You can enjoy kaiseki cuisine while watching the illuminated cherry blossoms up close.
“Sweet sea bream with salted cherry blossoms wrapped in spring roll skin deep-fried”, and “Shunsai earthenware pot rice”, which is made with mackerel, one of the representative fish of spring, and chewy bamboo shoots.
You can enjoy kaiseki cuisine that incorporates the taste of spring.
At the end of the kaiseki cuisine, we will conclude with the sweet “Sakura paper pot” limited to this plan.
Enjoy vanilla ice cream with a sauce made by putting cherry blossoms, strawberries, and red wine in a paper pot and slowly boiling it down.
You can enjoy “Senkin Sakura (OHANAMI)”, which uses 100% “Domaine Sakura / Yamada Nishiki” sake rice from Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, and is characterized by its gentle acidity and faint sweetness.
The Yozakura Terrace is arranged with Tochigi’s folk crafts in a modern way to create a special cherry blossom viewing experience.
