The seasonal product “Uji Matcha and Tanba Black Bean Mont Blanc Daifuku” is on sale from “Confectionery Takumi Suehiroan”.
It is a discerning product with rich Uji matcha cream and honey-boiled Tamba black beans on fluffy daifuku wrapped with Hokkaido azuki bean paste and domestic astringent chestnuts.

I squeezed a lot of cream with a deep and rich taste of Uji matcha.
It is a luxurious taste that fills the mouth with the flavor of matcha.

Tanba black beans boiled in honey
Uses “Black Beans”, a specialty of Tamba, Hyogo.
It features a soft texture and the original aroma of beans.
It goes great with matcha.

Fluffy Daifuku mochi made by our own manufacturing method
Daifuku mochi reduces the amount of sugar used to about 6% of the general recipe and brings out the taste of the ingredients.
