From Funabashiya’s signature kuzumochi product, “Umeshiso Kuzumochi,” kuzumochi with kinako (soybean flour) sprinkled with ume shiso and served with sweet-salty, addictive ume paste, is now available at the Funabashiya Kameido Tenjin-mae Main Store eat-in. Tenjin Ume Anmitsu” is also available at some stores.

Anmitsu is a “ume-zukushi” (sweet bean jam filled with ume paste, pickled plums in syrup, and ume-shaped kuzumochi rice cakes). The ume bean paste is a special white bean paste kneaded with ume and shiso, and the elegant taste of ume spreads in your mouth. You can feel the arrival of spring in this product.
