Chestnut bread
This autumn-only product is made with marron paste, white bean paste and chopped chestnut nectar, wrapped in pastry dough and baked in the shape of a chestnut.
Quiche with porcini and brown mushrooms
Made with porcini mushrooms, brown mushrooms, onion, bacon and pine nuts. Two types of porcini mushrooms are used, dried and frozen, for more texture and flavour, and milk in which the mushrooms have been soaked overnight is mixed with the ingredients to give the mushrooms an extra flavour.
