Godiva supervises Yatsuhashi and launches Yatsuhashi Chocolat on Fri 22 Nov.

2024.11.22

Godiva Japan Ltd. and Biju Co. have jointly developed Yatsuhashi Chocolat, which will be available from 22 November 2024 (Friday). Please enjoy the difference in texture between the raw Yatsuhashi before the dough is baked and the traditional baked hard Yatsuhashi.

Yatsuhashi chocolat

Lightly baked Yatsuhashi with an aromatic cocoa flavour and a chocolate coating. The original Yatsuhashi and the coating chocolate used for the Yatsuhashi Chocolat are made from Belgian cocoa paste. The cocoa flavour is enhanced in this Yatsuhashi.

The packaging expresses the fusion of Japanese and Western influences with a rounded crest and images of rice and cocoa, the raw materials used to make Yatsuhashi. Gold accents add to the glamorous design.

Release date: Friday 22 November 2024
Content: 16 sheets
Price: 1,458 yen (tax included)
