Sesame-specialist café & izakaya “goma to” (pronounced: Gomato) will launch two limited-edition spring sweets and drinks combining sesame and matcha from Saturday 14 March. These uniquely goma to Japanese-modern spring creations perfectly layer sesame’s rich, nutty aroma and the refined sweetness of “goma to yokan” with the fragrant, subtle bitterness of matcha. This season’s offerings include the luxurious “Sesame and Yokan Matcha Parfait”, allowing you to fully savour sesame’s charm, and the deeply rich “White Sesame Matcha Latte (ICE)”. Together, they will add a touch of splendour to your springtime tea breaks.
