“Delicious Ukiyo-e Exhibition” that unravels Edo’s food culture

“Delicious Ukiyo-e Exhibition-The taste of Edo drawn by Kuniyoshi Hiroshige Hokusai-“, whose opening was postponed due to the new coronavirus, will be held from Wednesday, July 15 at the “Mori Arts Center Gallery” in Roppongi, Tokyo. It will be held.

We will understand the food culture of Edo that is still relevant today from the works of famous Ukiyo-e artists such as Hokusai Katsushika, Hiroshige Utagawa and Kuniyoshi Utagawa. You can also enjoy a recipe book that is equivalent to a modern recipe book, and enjoy photographs and recipe explanations that reproduce Edo cuisine.
