Hokkaido’s largest stay-type snow resort “Hoshino Resort Tomamu” will hold a “Seafood Spill Festival” from December 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
This is an event where you can enjoy sushi that is spilled over the rice from seafood such as salmon roe, crabs and sea urchins. From the second edition of this event, “Mega Kobore Sushi” will be introduced as a new menu, allowing you to enjoy Kobore Sushi more luxuriously.
Kobore sushi with seasonal seafood
The main seafood used for kobore sushi is salmon roe, crab, tuna, sea urchin, and scallop. In winter, seafood is clogged with the deepening of the cold, and the quality of fat increases, so it tastes better.
A new luxury menu for Kobore sushi
Mega Kobore sushi has four times the amount of seafood and rice compared to other spilled sushi. This is equivalent to 30 Nigiri sushi. It looks about 15 cm high and is a mega size that can be eaten by 6 to 8 people.
When bingo is completed “One more Kobore”
The bingo card is used as a menu for Kobore sushi. The card with 9 squares has one menu per square, so you can open the squares of the products you ordered. Once the bingo is completed, you will receive a service called “One more Kobore” that adds one of the products in the open row and seafood to the top of the sushi.
