“ARAS” is a tableware designed to make rice delicious by designing chopsticks and bowls from scratch.

2020.08.04

Ishikawa Jushi Kogyo Co., Ltd., which develops a tableware brand “ARAS” with the concept of “strong, beautiful, shape”, has been added to “Makuake”, a support and purchase service for personal items and experiences since July 17. We will develop projects such as “Tea bowl”, “Soup bowl”, “Chopsticks” and “Nakadara wave”.

■What is “ARAS”
Even if you have your favorite tableware, it may be difficult to use it because it may be broken or needs maintenance. However, I want to stick to my daily meals!
ARAS has invented new tableware that is easy to use and makes dishes more delicious, with the aim of making tableware that discerning people can usually use.

With the support of 1,481 supporters, we achieved more than ¥15 million in the “First ARAS Moire Project” implemented in April. Thank you for all your support.

■ New Japanese tableware
ARAS introduces a new series of Japanese tableware based on the idea that you want to use something special because it is used everyday. A tea bowl that can be eaten cleanly without leaving a grain, a soup bowl thoroughly examined from the temperature of the miso soup to the pouring angle, chopsticks that were thought of when eating, and a 22 cm middle plate wave perfect for Japanese main dishes were born. It is a new tableware that can be upgraded easily by realizing each and every detail.

■Three features that make food delicious
We believe that by sticking to tableware along with cooking, our daily dining table will become richer. By not only designing, but redesigning from the materials, we have realized tableware that is “strong”, “beautiful” and “delicious”.

1. Upgrade your rice and enjoy “delicious shape”
We have thoroughly researched the shapes for delicious dishes. We paid particular attention to the shapes and materials that do not interfere with cooking due to smell and mouth feel.

You can eat cleanly until the end

1) A surface treatment that prevents rice grains from sticking. You can eat the last one beautifully.
2) Since the back of the bottom is flat, it is hygienic as water does not collect after using the dishwasher and when drying.
3) The back edge has a fluctuating shape, so it fits well on the fingers and water does not collect and runs off.
4) Since the heat transfer is gentle due to the thick-walled molding, even if you cook hot rice, you can hold it with your bare hands with confidence.
5) It has a shape that allows you to stand up even if you fall down, so adults and children can use it with confidence.

Comparison of actual water flow
Thorough verification up to the pouring angle

1) The angle and thickness of the drinking mouth are verified many times, and when the miso soup is poured into the mouth, the texture is soft and easy to drink.
2) Since the back of the bottom is flat, water does not collect and it is hygienic.
3) The back edge has a fluctuating shape, so it fits well on the fingers and is easy to hold.
4) Heat transfer is easy due to the thick molding, and it is hard to feel the heat when holding it by hand.

1) The pentagonal handle fits comfortably in the hand and fits comfortably in the hand. Also, it is hard to roll on the table.
2) Research from the behavior of holding chopsticks. The long handle and the optimum diameter that we have examined and adjusted in units of 0.1 mm are beautiful to hold.
3) The very thin tip part eliminates the presence of chopsticks when you put it in your mouth, and you can fully enjoy cooking.

1) A wave shape that allows you to create a three-dimensional effect even when serving several types of side dishes and enjoy a variety of facial expressions.
2) Because of the wave shape, the sauce and dressing do not flow over the entire plate.
3) The 22cm size is ideal for serving main dishes such as salmon, fried chicken, and hamburgers.

2. New resin and glass materials

Both ease of use and deliciousness

We developed from scratch a material that overturns the concept of bowls and makes dishes more delicious. We have developed the latest materials that combine resin and glass materials that are both easy to use and delicious, and have adopted them for all products so that people who are particular about their enjoyment can enjoy their daily meals.

Easy to clean. You can use the dishwasher with confidence. It also drains well when washed by hand and can be easily washed away.
You can enjoy cooking hot or cold while keeping the cooking temperature.

Lifetime damage guarantee

It’s durable enough to be delivered with confidence, so we’ve added a “Lifetime Damage Guarantee”. A very durable material that does not worry about cracking or chipping. Even if you use it with your favorite cutlery, it will not scratch easily. In the unlikely event that a crack occurs, send it to us and we will replace it for free.

3. 4 beautiful colors + limited color of Japanese tableware
In order to visually enhance the deliciousness of Japanese food, we also made colors to make the food look delicious. For example, the white on the inside of a bowl has been verified many times to make the rice look better. This time, in addition to the existing four colors of black, white, gray and green gray, we have added a limited color “Pink Gray”.
