The concept makes the evening drink interesting

With the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the time spent at home increased, and the demand for “drinking at home” increased, which led to the birth of “otuma.me”. The concept of otuma.me in this era of less going out and more time spent at home is to make the evening drink interesting.

Having otuma.me at home makes me want to buy a little better liquor than usual and go home early. It’s the day when otuma.me arrives at my house, so I’m a little sloppy. We aim to look forward to the evening drink time. I want to go home early because I have otuma.me. The brand message is “Go Home”.

In order to express the fun of the evening drink, which is different from the past, we appointed Mr. Rintaro Kanemoto as a photographer who realistically projects the scenes that spread in everyday life.

Commitment to all-natural / Jerky (JQ) etc. with the raw materials squeezed to the limit
otuma.me makes the best use of the original taste of the ingredients, and realizes flavors that were difficult to make without using artificial additives, using only all-natural ingredients.

Our representative product, JQ (Jerky), uses grass-fed beef (grazing beef) and domestically produced local chicken, and the flavor is also scraped off to the utmost to bring out the deliciousness of the material.

It is dried moderately to eliminate the greasy odor of the meat, and without the use of thickeners, it has a crispy texture that is different from conventional jerky, and the deliciousness of the meat is enhanced as it is chewed. The plain taste is made up of only three ingredients: meat, salt and pepper. While there are many products in which the flavor taste is superior, JQ has taken on the challenge of returning to the origin of jerky, which maximizes the deliciousness of the meat itself.

In addition, the popular dry sliced salmon is seasoned with three types of soup stock, kelp, katsuo, and shiitake mushrooms, and natural seasonings such as saury fish sauce and rice black vinegar so that you can enjoy the taste of fresh salmon from Hokkaido. doing.

By doing so, the fluffy salmon aroma comes first when it is put in the mouth, and the mellow soup stock and sugar for tightening naturally enhance the taste. You can enjoy an elegant and expansive flavor.

We will continue to search for the best combination of materials and flavors, and deliver 7 different types of Otsumami to our customers each time.

Collaboration recruitment! Local sake brewer, special product Otsumami development
In addition, we will collaborate with sake brewers all over Japan to expand the range of enjoyment in order to make the evening drink interesting. We are planning to develop Otsumami, which is ideal for pairing with products, and jointly develop alcoholic drinks, using local specialties of sake brewers. In addition, we will develop more special products such as retorts and canned foods.
