“Kyoto City Vegetable Buffet” using vegetables from Kyoto Vegetable Meister Morita Farm

We ordered fresh vegetables carefully grown from Morita Farm, which has been in Kamigamo, Kyoto for over 100 years. Hotel chefs will offer a buffet with a variety of menus that bring out the characteristics of the ingredients at the all-day dining “Rakuu” at The Westin Miyako Kyoto.

Blessed with abundant soil and good quality water, we have been farming for over 100 years in Kamigamo, Kyoto, which has been known as an excellent vegetable producing area for a long time. I do my best to grow vegetables.

We offer a buffet that incorporates seasonal vegetables such as Mizuna, Kujo green onions, and Kamo eggplant into a variety of menus.
We have a lineup where you can enjoy Kyoto vegetables that use vegetables for dessert as well as Japanese and Western dishes.
