“Ultra-pure white butter” is made by sticking to the salt content to make the best use of the sweetness of “raw” bread and making the best use of the original flavor of raw milk so that miscellaneous flavors are not mixed. It is a product that you can enjoy the original flavor of butter by adding fine salt to high-purity, high-concentration white butter made from dairy cows raised with sincerity.
We were very particular about raw milk, and we went to the site and selected it until we were satisfied. This butter is made from raw milk from “Asehira Dairy Industry” (Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture) and has an original salt content to make the best use of the sweetness of “raw” bread.
