“Kitakata Shokudo Isozaki” is open from 7:00 to 14:00 on weekdays.
Kitakata City, the home of Kitakata ramen, has a culture of eating ramen from the morning, and this shop also offers ramen from the morning.
Also, during the morning hours, there is a coffee service that is hard to find at a ramen shop.

You can choose chicken oil or backfat for "Kuradashi soy sauce ramen"

The general Kitakata ramen contains chicken oil, and the one with backfat is the shop’s original menu.
In recent years, ramen with backfat has also become popular, and it seems that many people order ramen from “Kitakata Shokudo Isozaki” from the morning because it is not too heavy even if it has backfat.
