Harukaze-Kaoru ~ Sakura Parfait

Hibiya Hayashiya-Shinbei’s cherry blossom parfait, which has a beautiful contrast between the cherry blossom color of the smooth cherry blossom cream and the bright green of Uji matcha, has become a spring outfit with cherry blossoms, cherry blossom leaves, and a small monaka.

Sakura Parfait

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the cherry blossoms float in the cherry blossom jelly, making it a parfait that you can enjoy in the mood for cherry blossom viewing. A feast of cherry blossom viewing expressed in sweetness. It is a taste that can only be found in a teahouse that enjoys the changing seasons.

Sakura Mont Blanc Parfait

The Sakura Mont Blanc Parfait offered at Hayashiya Chaen is a delicate parfait glass with layers of smooth cherry blossom cream, Uji matcha, and strawberries. It will be offered until the end of March.
