Enjoy from the morning while gazing at the scenery of the rice terraces
A breakfast of 6 matsutake mushrooms will be served on the terrace of the main dining “Kasuke”.
It is a breakfast where you can enjoy matsutake mushrooms in various ways, such as “charcoal-grilled matsutake mushrooms” that maximizes the aroma, and “matsutake mushrooms and chicken morning porridge” that is made by pouring matsutake mushrooms into porridge.
We offer the champagne “Dom Ruinart 2007” in a full bottle.

We offer “Matsutake Mont Blanc” as sweets.
It is a snack of dried matsutake mushrooms powdered and added to the base chestnut Mont Blanc cream and meringue.
