The latest information on autumn leaves in 10 areas of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route will be distributed daily on the official website from September 1st (Wednesday) to early November. Along with Daisetsuzan in Hokkaido, it is the earliest in Japan, starting from the vicinity of Murododaira in Tateyama from mid-September every year! There is an altitude difference of 1,975m from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain, so you can enjoy the autumn leaves at various places at different times.

What is Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route?

A mountain sightseeing route in Tateyama, Chubu Mountain National Park. Between Tateyama Station in Toyama Prefecture and Ogisawa Station in Nagano Prefecture, you can transfer various vehicles such as the “Tateyama Kogen Bus” that runs through nature and the “Tateyama Tunnel Trolley Bus” that is currently the only trolley bus in Japan. It is possible to move with, and you can easily enjoy the spectacular view above the clouds.
