Introduced Narita Airport “Help Strap”

2020.03.14

Narita Airport will introduce a help strap for customers who need assistance without knowing what they are looking for. Explaining to the various staff working at Narita Airport, such as airlines, security checkpoints, restaurants, etc., on a case-by-case basis that they want to know and help each other is stressful for customers.
Therefore, by filling out the contents on the strap card in advance, the staff will be able to provide smooth guidance and help. We hope that customers who use the help strap can travel from Narita Airport with peace of mind.
