■ About Uoman store

Uoman Shoten is a long-established store specializing in Satsuma fried and kamaboko, which has been about 120 years old since it was founded in Mochi-Iden, Nara in 1901.
We have about 40 types of Satsuma fried, from standard items to seasonal items, and we offer all the pastes by hand made by craftsmen and without additives. The Satsumaage, which is carefully selected for its ingredients, is loved not only by local people in Nara but also by people outside the prefecture.
In recent years, we are also focusing on the planning and development of new Satsuma fried using attractive local ingredients from Nara and Kansai.
We will continue to work with a spirit of challenge and an inquisitive spirit, rather than sitting on the long-established name, so that more customers can be satisfied.
