[Kyoto Ichi no Den] The first collaboration product in the “Rice Friend” series “Eat Matcha Chirimen” is now on sale

2022.06.06

“Eat Matcha Chirimen”, which you can enjoy with tea leaves, has been released from “Kyoto Ichi no Den”, which sells secret Saikyo pickles that have been passed down for many years.
Released a collaboration product with the Kyoto Uji tea specialty store “Mitsuboshien Kanbayashi-san Nyuhonten”. You can enjoy the rich aroma of tea and the umami derived from chirimen with a bite.

“Eat Matcha Chirimen” is a combination of matcha and tencha from “Samsungen Kambayashi Saniri Main Store”. By cooking it with light soy sauce, the aroma, sweetness and umami of the tea leaves are enhanced. Chirimen-jako is carefully selected by hand from small, clean grains made in Japan.

By adjusting the heat and the cooking time, it is finished in a deep green color that is appetizing and has a bright appearance. By using matcha and tencha that can be eaten as it is, it is a chirimen-jako that you can enjoy the taste of the tea itself. You can enjoy it not only with freshly cooked rice, but also with ochazuke.

Tencha … The raw leaves before they are made into matcha with a stone mill.
