Craft sweets (designed yokan) ''Ajisai''

Hydrangea that shines with rain and dew. I expressed the flowers that color the rainy season with yokan. The design of hydrangea is enclosed in two layers of glittering amber jelly made from agar and moist and delicious Ogura yokan. It is characterized by its light and refined sweetness.
