Videos showing 50 various gourmet foods in Higashikawa by artists living in the town is released

Hokkaido “Photo Town” Higashikawa Town and Higashikawa Town Photo Town Executive Committee is developing “Higashikawa FOCUS on gourmet”, a project to convey the charm of Higashikawa Town with photos in Corona. Four food-related shops in Higashikawa were taken by four photographers living in the town and released on YouTube as a slide video with back music produced by musicians living in the town.

Higashikawa Town is a “town that lives in groundwater,” which is rare in Japan without a water supply. In “Higashikawa FOCUS on gourmet”, four photographers living in the town (Airi Shimizu, Han Kyung-ho, Centaur Yasunaga, Hokuto Wada) shot 50 restaurants related to Higashikawa’s food, which is rich in water and delicious, and created a slide video.

In addition, the music composed by GUAN CHAI, a reggae musician living in the town, is used as back music and is currently available on the “Higashikawa Town Photo Town Executive Committee” YouTube channel.

In addition, the booklet that introduces the stores recorded in the video will be distributed at public facilities and introduced stores from January 12th. In addition to introducing the stores, the booklet also publishes QR codes for each genre, making it a video-linked media that allows you to access videos from your favorite stores. Enjoy the gourmet food of Higashikawa-cho based on 10 videos divided into each genre and a booklet that FOCUS delicious food of Higashikawa-cho as a dish and maker.

[Shinjuku Gyoen x Naked] NAKED Autumn Foliage in Shinjuku Gyoen 2023 to be held

From November 22 (Wed) to December 3 (Sun), 2023, an autumn foliage lighting event will be held at Shinjuku Gyoen. Following the cherry blossom event this spring, Shinjuku Gyoen and Naked will collaborate again this fall for the autumn foliage event. Shinjuku Gyoen, one of Tokyo’s most famous gardens, is one of the few places in the city where visitors can enjoy the autumn leaves. The 200-meter-long rows of plane trees, the best maple tree spot in the city, Momijiyama, and the “Middle Pond,” with its spectacular reflection in the pond, will offer a world where the autumn leaves of Shinjuku Gyoen and Naked’s art and food are fused together.
