“Tentatsu” winter limited product “Sea Urchin Matching Seiko Crab Shell Sheng” is now on sale

2021.11.16

Processed as a long-lasting preservation sea urchin, “Shiouni” is one of the three major delicacies in Japan, along with this Wataya Karasumi. “Tentatsu” release the winter limited product “Sea Urchin Combined Sea Urchin Crab Shell Sheng” with the sweetly tailored sea urchin sauce “Tare Untan” on November 10th.

A luxurious dish only for winter in the Sea of Japan, where sea urchin is sprinkled on the peeled meat of domestically produced crab. Seiko crab has a short fishing season and is a winter feast that can only be enjoyed this season. Although it is smaller than Echizen crab, it has rich crab miso and plenty of eggs (inner and outer).

After boiling the crabs from the Sea of Japan in salt, we carefully took out the crab meat, crab miso, inner child, and outer child, and made a whole hyphen. Serve with the attached sauce sea urchin. Wearing the mellow shore scent of sea urchin, the sweetness of seiko crab and the bubble wrap texture of eggs are recommended to accompany sake.
