Honey liquor “Honey liquor Koibeni” using cherry honey from Yamagata prefecture

A brewed liquor fermented by adding only yeast and water to honey. It has been popular in Europe for a long time, and the number of lovers is increasing in Japan as well. The taste varies depending on the type of honey used, water, aging period and country. The new product “Honey Sake Koibeni” is on sale from November 6th at the honey specialty store Miel Mie Sanjo Main Store.

This is the 7th type of “Honey Sake” series from Kinichi Shoten. Mead made from cherry honey from Yamagata prefecture. A slightly sweet mead made with the image of a sweet and slightly sour taste of love. Please enjoy it straight or rock as it is.
No additives such as fragrances and colorings.
