Daifuku that reproduces the deep and authentic tiramisu

Cream using Hokkaido mascarpone cheese and homemade coffee bean paste are blended with multiple types of Western liquor.
An adult taste with a good balance of bitterness, sweetness, and acidity.

Use large strawberry

I used large strawberry from Fukuoka prefecture.
As the name suggests, they are “red”, “round”, “big” and “good” strawberries.

Fluffy and chewy Daifuku made by our own manufacturing method

The amount of sugar used has been reduced to about 6% of the general Daifuku.
