[Ari-ori-haberi-imasokari] Hand-baked senbei making experience until the end of December

2022.12.10

“Ari-ori-haberi-imasokari” is located on the approach to the Tokyo Daijingu Shrine, which is the god of marriage and is located in the middle of Tokyo.
We will offer a hand-baked senbei(rice cracker) making experience for a limited time until the end of December 2022.

The senbei used in the hand-baked senbei-making experience is from the sister store, Kagurazaka Jizoya.
Kagurazaka Jizoya’s senbei is one of Tokyo’s leading senbei shops, with the catchphrase “Simple, safe, and traditionally delicious hand-baked senbei.”

All hand-baked senbei are made from domestically produced rice, and the best rice for the rice crackers is carefully selected according to the season.
In addition, we are particular about not using additives and use the best soy sauce that is good for the body.
No seasonings or additives. It is devised so that it will be delicious without relying on chemical seasonings.

In the hand-baked senbei making experience, you can actually bake and season the senbei yourself.

For seasoning, apply soy sauce using a senbei brush.
You can adjust the amount to your liking, so please enjoy the original taste using condiments etc.
It is a very satisfying event where you can enjoy both experience and food.
