2024.09.25

At the Oku Daisen Highland Resort Hotel, located at the foot of Mt. Karasugasen in the south of the famous Mt. Daisen in Tottori Prefecture, the surrounding mountains begin to change colour in early October, and the autumn leaves reach their peak in late October and early November. In particular, the yellow leaves of the beech forests stretching from the centre of the southern face of Mt. Daisen turn golden, attracting many tourists from all over the country to the Kagikake Pass.

Within the grasslands are rare wetlands, which are also rare in Tottori Prefecture, and the area retains a diverse natural environment.
