The popular plum wine and the evolution of the “Aragoshi series” “Eating sake” are now available as new brands.

2022.07.14

Umenojuku Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. has created a new brand “PARLOR Aragoshi” that expands the excitement of sake.
The first brand will be two products: the liqueur “Otona no Kaniku no Numa”, which is a luxurious blend of two types of natural strawberries, and the “Otona no Kaniku no dressing,” which uses whole oranges to enjoy the crushing feeling of the fruit.

A new challenge that condenses the skills cultivated for 130 years

“We will continue to take on challenges without being bound by common sense.” The development of “PARLOR Aragoshi” is a new challenge that embodies the theme of Umenojuku.
By condensing the techniques cultivated for 130 years, we were able to sell it by repeating trial and error.
Whether you like alcohol or not, we hope that you will enjoy “unexperienced alcoholic beverages” and “get hooked”, which is the idea behind the product name “Numa(swamp)”.

“How to drink and eat can be changed freely”
You can eat it as it is, or you can enjoy it with milk, tea, carbonic acid, sparkling wine, etc.
It’s delicious even if you put it in ice cream or yogurt, and it goes well with roast beef and light chicken dishes as seasoning.
It is also excellent with Camembert cheese.

“How to eat can be changed freely”
A versatile dressing that can be used not only as a salad of your choice, but also as a sauce for carpaccio, roast beef, and prosciutto.
Furthermore, beyond the framework of dressing, it can be deliciously arranged as a cold capellini pasta sauce.
It goes well with grilled chicken, so it’s great for barbecues and camping.
Umenoyado’s ambitious and self-confident work that motivates cooking.
