“Bonfire Wine Salon” where you can enjoy wine and snacks in one hand

“Bonfire Wine Salon” is a space where you can spend time around the bonfire with wine and snacks in one hand, with the sound of firewood exploding in the clear autumn air as BGM. While feeling the deep autumn of the plateau resort, we will offer “Yamanashi Nouveau” and new wine from Nagano prefecture on a daily basis.
Spend time around the bonfire
The “Bonfire Wine Salon” will open on the main street “Peman Street”. It is a space where you can relax while watching the fluctuation of the flame around the bonfire. Sofas are lined up around the bonfire, and cushions and blankets are also provided. In the autumn afternoon, you can spend a relaxing time enjoying wine while warming up on the bonfire.
Taste new wines from Yamanashi and Nagano prefectures
At this event, we will offer 10 kinds of new wines from Yamanashi and Nagano prefectures on a daily basis in the kitchen car on Peaman Street. The new wine brewed using Koshu or Muscat Berry A harvested this year in Yamanashi Prefecture is called “Yamanashi Nouveau” and will be lifted on November 3rd. Yamanashi Nouveau is characterized by its fresh and fruity fruit flavor.
In addition, the new wine made from Nagano Prefecture’s Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc has a slightly sweet taste. Both are easy to drink, and it is recommended that you enjoy while celebrating this year’s grape harvest and find your favorite winery.
Italian autumn tradition, roasted chestnuts to accompany wine
In Italy, the scenery of roasted chestnut stalls is popular as an autumn tradition. Since this facility was built in the image of a mountain city in Italy, we have prepared baked sweets using roasted chestnuts and chestnut flour as snacks to match the new wine.
