Karuizawa Miyota’s gastronomic experience “Forest Dining” where you can enjoy while feeling the wind and air

2021.09.17

Miyota Town, Kitasaku District, north of Karuizawa. “THE HIRAMATSU Karuizawa Miyota” stands in the small forest. “Table Nature”, which offers a full-course meal from meal time to various activities, offers a unique dining experience created by marrying magnificent nature and cuisine.

The setting for “Forest Dining” in early autumn is the villa’s private garden and terrace. Set up a crossed table for dinner that day, set up glasses and cutlery, and you’ll find yourself in a special dining room just for you, which appears in the extraordinary space of the forest.

Enjoy a course dinner of all 5 light French dishes centered on Shinshu ingredients selected by the chef to your heart’s content.

At the main dish, Shinshu premium beef is finished with hot cocotte and carving service is provided in front of customers.

For the dessert that concludes the course, we offer a beautifully colored tart that uses Shine Muscat luxuriously. The sommelier will help you choose the wine that suits your cooking.
