Nimben, a dried bonito specialty store that has been in business for over 300 years, proposes the infinite possibilities of dried bonito and dashi in all aspects of food, and is now offering a limited time menu at Nihonbashi Dashiba Hanare in COREDO Muromachi 2.

Only domestic anglerfish meat is used and gently cooked in bonito flakes broth. Serve with dashi-ponzu vinegar and grated momiji mushrooms.
