“TRIPTICKET” that supports inns with tickets for future trips

2020.04.21

Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the operation of accommodation facilities nationwide is at stake. The fact is that accommodation facilities that are already closed down and the number of employees are being reduced. Due to the curfew and lockdown of each country, the number of foreign visitors to Japan has drastically decreased, and now that the state of emergency has been announced for domestic travelers, it is almost nothing. While each company struggled to overcome this situation, we thought there was something we could do and launched TRIPTICKT.

“I can’t go on a trip now, but when the corona turmoil subsides, I want to go to a place like this or something like that.” TRIPTICKT is a service that matches the support of those who have it with the accommodations that are currently suffering.

■ What is TRIPTICKET?

A service that provides financial support by paying the sales from the supporter in advance to the member store as one ticket per ticket. By designing a ticket with purchase cost + ◯◯% (arbitrary) for supporters and prepayment of sales to accommodation facilities, the service design will be beneficial to both parties.

■ System of TRIPTICKET

When the supporter purchases a ticket for the hotel he / she wants to visit, the purchase cost will be paid to the accommodation facility through TRIPTICKT first (payment at the end of the following month). Supporters can use the service for the purchase cost + ◯◯% (optional). When the corona turmoil subsides, you can stay with TRIPTICKT, which you have already purchased.

■ Flow of use

1. Buy a ticket for the hotel that the supporter wants to visit (* Select local payment when making a reservation)
2. Receive an electronic ticket by email
3. Present your ticket at the front desk when you stay. After confirmation by the accommodation facility, used processing is performed

■ Money flow

Example: When the accommodation facility sets the privilege to 10% and the supporter purchases a ticket of 10,000 yen
In this case, the property will be charged 8,500 yen (15% less sales).
(Assuming the same commission rate as for reservations via OTA)
