A trip to Hida Takayama, where you can tour the historic land while listening to the audio guide

2021.04.08

A service has been launched that provides tourist information in two languages, Japanese and English, such as the cityscape, Japanese heritage, and sake breweries that retain the remnants of the Edo period, which is representative of Hida Takayama. The audio guide can also be enjoyed at the “Hida Takayama 7 Kuranonbei Festival,” which is currently being held while taking measures against corona.

We mainly employ local businesses for production to increase the creative value of the region.
We also worked with professional interpreter guides, editors, and writers to disseminate information in English. We delved into the information on Hida Takayama necessary from the perspective of foreign tourists, and re-edited the tourism content.

The images are closely related to the manufacturing process of each brewery, and the content is finished so that you can feel the culture and history of the brewery cultivated in this area. This time, in order to let you enjoy the sake produced by the climate of Hida, we especially left the thoughts of the maker behind the sake in the video.

Please enjoy it with the beautiful scenery of Hida.

Hida Takayama Bilingual Audio Guide

We have created an audio guide and map in two languages, Japanese and English, to enjoy Hida Takayama by voice.

By having an audio guide, you can not only get information about the characteristics and particulars of each sake brewery, and one recommended one, but also record information on spots in the city so that you can enjoy walking around the city.

Regarding the map, not only the places that are the main tourist attractions, but also the spots that only the locals know, the bars, and other points that travelers from outside the area think “I see!”

From the QR code in the pamphlet, you can access the dedicated website and enjoy the audio guide.
