Crab and Kelp” has a mild taste of unraveled crab meat with rich crab miso and the saltiness of kelp, which is balanced by the butter. In the “Haskap and Milk Jam,” the butter harmonizes the sourness of the fruit with the sweetness of the milk jam made with Tomamu milk.

100 different combinations of butter and wine to eat

Hokkaido wine is the perfect accompaniment to eating butter. The protein and fat content of dairy products mellows the wine’s flavor and softens its astringency and acidity. Also, since we offer 10 types of wine, you can enjoy a total of 100 different combinations when paired with the 10 types of eating butter. The staff will recommend the best combination so you can find the one you like best.

Enjoy the vast farm area

The vast farm area of approximately 100 hectares offers the idyllic scenery unique to Hokkaido. Cows, goats, sheep, and other animals live peacefully under white birches whose leaves turn yellow. Butter to eat is best enjoyed at the chairs and tables set up in the farm area. You can enjoy your apero to your heart’s content while watching the sunset and the sky as it dips into the mountains in the distance.
