[Oirase Keiryu Hotel] Aperitifs to be enjoyed with beautiful snowy scenery from December 16.

2022.12.12

Hoshino Resort Oirase Keiryu Hotel, the only resort hotel built along the Oirase mountain stream, will introduce a new winter “Keiryu Apero” where you can spend an exquisite time listening to the sound of the mountain stream and admiring the beautiful snowy scenery. In the fantastic scenery, you can enjoy a blissful moment with the chef’s special amusements and a glass of champagne carefully selected by the sommelier.

A space with the sound of rushing mountain streams and fantastic snowy scenery

We have created a semi-circular dome to keep you warm and comfortable along a mountain stream even in winter. This structure is designed to protect it from wind and snow, so inside it is warm and comfortable even on snowy days. The Oirase mountain stream flows in front of the dome, and the sound of the rapids echoes through the space. The fantastic view of the snowy landscape will give you a special moment to savor it to your heart’s content.

Carefully selected amuses and sommelier-selected champagne

The winter “Keiryu Apero” menu features a five-course amuse, using wintery ingredients. The delicately tailored amusements will surprise and delight your palate with a multitude of tastes and textures. The sommelier carefully selected a Champagne to complement the amusements from among approximately 150 different wines stored in the wine cellar. The time spent listening to the sound of the rapids of the mountain stream while enjoying the profound marriage of the amuse and Champagne is the most luxurious time of all.
