A dorayaki specialty store where you can enjoy freshly made dorayaki has appeared.
Dorayaki that you have never tasted before with its fragrant grilled marks freshly baked on a special copper plate and its moist and soft dough.
Please enjoy the “Yaki-Dora” that can only be tasted here in Tokyo.
At “Dorayama”, all craftsmen hand-bake the dough while checking the condition of the dough, which changes depending on the temperature and humidity of the day, and check the finish.
When you drop the dough onto the iron plate, it will expand little by little with the inclusion of air. The way they are baked differs depending on the size, so I carefully check each one.
