Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake, a design hotel designed by architectural master Mario Bellini, will hold the 18th spring classic event “Corridor Flower Blooming Resonale” from April 29, 2022.
Have a spring time on Peman Street, which is full of flowers.
Flower decoration with tulip petals laid out on the main street “Peman Street” as if it were a carpet.
The longest ever 160 meters will be seamlessly decorated.
The decorations are tulip petals that are cultivated in bulbs in one of Japan’s leading production areas and cut before flowering.

The design of flower decorations is solicited from local elementary school students with the theme of “the arrival of spring”.
Decorated by sprinkling tulip petals such as red, pink, yellow, purple, white, and orange based on the original picture with the pattern and color decided.
During the period, guests can also experience the “fleur keeper” who spreads petals and waters flowers, and can participate in the flowering resonance of the corridor.

During the period, we will hold a flower-themed Marche.
It is a marche where you can buy wine with flower etiquette and sweets using edible flowers.
As for wine, 10 kinds of wine from Yamanashi and Nagano are sold in the kitchen car on Peman Street.
In addition, there are chocolates with a gentle sweetness with edible flowers, so you can enjoy the Marche, which is fun to look at.

The Hiroshima Museum of Art is hosting the exhibition “ZIPANGU: Contemporary Artists Who Defined the Heisei Era” (November 2, 2024 – December 22, 2024). This showcase brings together works by some of the most prominent figures in Japan’s contemporary art scene, including Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, Makoto Aida, Yoshitomo Nara, Chiharu Shiota, Izumi Kato, Akira Yamaguchi, and Miwa Komatsu. The exhibition has already garnered significant attention, exceeding 10,000 visitors.
HYAKKEI covered the dialogue between contemporary artist Takashi Murakami and Sueo Mizuma, the curator of this exhibition, held at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Hiroshima. We also conducted an exclusive interview with Mr. Mizuma.
