[SHIPPO Art Village] Enjoy summer by making Wind-Bells Summer-only cool program

2022.06.25

The summer (July-September) limited experience program “Cloisonne Appreciation & Cloisonne Wind-Bell Making Experience” is a set of viewing the permanent exhibition room of the SHIPPO Art Village and making Wind-Bells.
The manufactured Cloisonne Wind-Bell can be taken out on the day.
Please enjoy the summer by making cloisonne Wind-Bells where you can feel the charm of traditional crafts and the coolness of summer.

In the wind chime making experience, the weight part of the wind chime will be glazed, which is the production process of cloisonne ware.
Glazing is the process of applying a glassy glaze to a metal surface with a brush or spatula to create a picture or pattern.
You can choose your favorite color from the colorful glazes, so you can make only one original work in the world.

Make the weight part of the Wind-Bell. In the classroom, we are also implementing measures against COVID‑19 infection, such as disinfecting hands and fingers and installing acrylic plates.
The 152 cm high "Large Vase of Flowers and Birds" is a must-see
