“Kandaseng Junmai Daiginjo Sake” is a pure rice Daiginjo Sake brewed by lavishly polishing up to 50% of Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice cultivated in Hyogo Prefecture. , I made full use of the deliciousness of rice. Aging has become a hot trend among Japanese sake fans in recent years because it calms down the sweetness of fresh sake and makes it sophisticated.

Although it was a liquor that I could only drink at stores, I decided to sell it online so that I could have more time to spend at home, as it was difficult to come to the store because of Corona. Not only the taste, but also the label that uses Tokushima’s handmade Japanese paper “Awa Japanese paper” and the packaging with the original indigo towel, which is the characteristic of pursuing the tradition and style of Japanese culture. The price is 15,000 yen (tax and shipping included).

Currently, a new original production project for “Japanese Cuisine Kanda” is underway. After completion, we are planning to sell it in the online shop as well, and we will deliver the finest taste to the home.
