Under the supervision of Yukiya Komatsu, one of the only 37 “Japanese tea appraisers” nationwide, he has developed “chocolate products using Japanese tea”. With its outstanding taste and smell, and the technology cultivated over many years, all products have been published in the media and have received awards, and have been highly evaluated.

This new product is inspired by the “bonbon chocolate with espresso coffee” that Komatsu ate in Italy. I was surprised at the authentic coffee that overflowed from the inside, reproduced this with the high quality “Matcha” and “Hojicha” that Japan is proud of, and repeated trial and error to aim for a new taste, and it was born in two flavors.

The best feature is the “Matcha (Hojicha) Liquid” that melts from the inside the moment you chew the chocolate. It is full of hybrid surprises that combine a new texture that you have never experienced with the delicious taste of the finest Japanese tea cultivated by the teahouse Shizuoka. You can enjoy the mysterious feeling of “Matcha (Hojicha) Liquid” that still overflows in your mouth, as if you were “drinking high-quality Matcha (Hojicha)”. An exquisite combination that brings out the sweetness to match the Valentine’s season.

In addition, we packed many layers of different materials into small grains, and devised ways to make many fun changes from being picked up to the after-meal lingering sound. The outside is crispy and has a pleasant texture. A two-layer chocolate competition that melts in your mouth. I was surprised at the new sensation of the liquid that overflowed with “thickness”, and at the end, the soft ganache produced the afterglow of high-quality Japanese tea, and it was finished in a luxurious grain that you will never get tired of.

We confidently recommend it to those who are genuine food lovers, those who have a deep knowledge of Japanese culture and Japanese tea, those who like astringent Japanese sweets, and those who like to try new sensations and limited products. I will do it. A gem that is perfect not only as a gift but also as a “reward for yourself”. Please enjoy this Valentine’s Day and spend a special time.

■ “Layer of deliciousness” that is surprising many times over and over again

Every grain is packed with delicate ingenuity.
・ “Matcha (hojicha) chocolate”
・ “Black chocolate”
・ “Rich matcha (hojicha) liquid”
・ “Matcha (hojicha) ganache”
The outside is crispy and has a pleasant texture due to the hard coated chocolate. Two layers of chocolate with different tastes that melt in your mouth as they are are intertwined to create a deep taste. Next, you will be surprised by the new sensation of matcha (hojicha) liquid that overflows from the inside at once, and finally the soft matcha (hojicha) ganache creates a luxurious finish that makes you feel the quality of the material. ..

■ Commitment to materials … High quality “Matcha” and “Hojicha” from Shizuoka prefecture.

(1) Matcha
We use high-ranked matcha, which is about 10 times more expensive than the general matcha used in commercial matcha sweets.
A luxuriously kneaded gem of full-scale specifications that is also used for the tea ceremony. The perfect balance of umami, sweetness and bitterness is the cornerstone of the taste of chocolate.

(2) Hojicha
Commercially available hojicha sweets generally use inexpensive ingredients that are picked around autumn. For this product, we have carefully selected “Ichibancha” Hojicha, which is not normally used as a raw material for sweets. The difference in quality is reflected in the fragrant roasted aroma unique to hojicha.

■ Taste credibility supervised by “Japanese tea appraiser”

This product is supervised by Yukiya Komatsu, one of the “Japanese tea appraisers” who has only 37 people nationwide. He is also the third generation owner of a long-established tea wholesaler in Shizuoka, which has won numerous awards such as the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, the Shizuoka Prefecture Governor’s Award, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Governor’s Award. Possess many qualifications such as “hand massage teacher”. He can be said to support a certain aesthetic eye.

■ Arrangement & suggestions on how to eat

(1) “Bon Bon CHA-colat” in hot milk
Add a grain of “Bon Bon CHA-colat” to a glass of hot hot milk.
Chocolate that slowly melts into mellow milk makes a difference with each bite.

(2) “Bon Bon CHA-colat” with brandy
Alcohol goes well with adult and rich chocolate.
Brandy, whiskey, and hot wine in cold weather are also great.
