“Egg bread” using Tamba’s special eggs from Oka Poultry Farm, which is particular about old-fashioned food and old-fashioned raising methods. The Tokyo head family, which will be the first in the Kanto region, will open in Azabujuban at 11:00 on Thursday, October 28, 2021.

Fermented azuki beans from Nagao Sake Brewery are sandwiched in egg bread that has been thoroughly blended with black honey. The rich aroma of azuki beans, the crisp sweetness of black honey, and the gentle egg flavor of egg bread wrap around it.

It is characterized by its rich egg flavor, simpleness and nostalgia. The secret is that we use abundantly selected high-quality egg yolks and finish them with the Gosanyaki method to bring out the rich taste of egg yolks.
In addition, the red bean paste sandwiched in the castella uses azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. It is a sugar-free, body-friendly fermented azuki bean fermented at the long-established sake brewery “Eiyu Sake Brewery” in the northernmost part of Kyoto.

A voucher will be distributed for “freshly baked egg bread” from 11:00 to 13:00 from 10:30, and a voucher will be distributed for “freshly baked egg bread” from 14:00 to 17:00 from 13:30.

[Shinjuku Gyoen x Naked] NAKED Autumn Foliage in Shinjuku Gyoen 2023 to be held

From November 22 (Wed) to December 3 (Sun), 2023, an autumn foliage lighting event will be held at Shinjuku Gyoen. Following the cherry blossom event this spring, Shinjuku Gyoen and Naked will collaborate again this fall for the autumn foliage event. Shinjuku Gyoen, one of Tokyo’s most famous gardens, is one of the few places in the city where visitors can enjoy the autumn leaves. The 200-meter-long rows of plane trees, the best maple tree spot in the city, Momijiyama, and the “Middle Pond,” with its spectacular reflection in the pond, will offer a world where the autumn leaves of Shinjuku Gyoen and Naked’s art and food are fused together.
