From January 1st (Sun/holiday) to January 31st (Tue), 2023, the zodiac cake “Usagimochi” will be served at the cafe & bar “TEA AND BAR” on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Based on wasanbon sugar mousse, you can enjoy the change in taste between the upper and lower tiers.
For the rabbit’s face, coarsely crushed roasted walnuts are covered with mitarashi sauce.
Brown sugar jelly and gyuhi are added to the body part, and rice flour Genoise is added to the bottom to accentuate the texture.
