Starting Friday, September 23, “TeamLab Forest Fukuoka – SBI Securities” will transform into an autumn space. The trees in the forest where the animals live will change to autumn leaves, and autumn flowers will bloom in a three-dimensional world of varying heights. In addition, several other artworks will be transformed into their unique autumnal aspects.
TeamLabo Forest is a new museum consisting of a “forest for catching and collecting” and a “forest for exercise” by the art collective TeamLabo.
From September 23 (Fri), visitors will be able to see the autumn scenery as the trees in the forest change their leaves.
In the three-dimensional world of “Animals Living with Flowers in the Swarming Valley,” creatures made of autumn flowers inhabit the world. The flowers that form the animals in “Animals with Flowers II” are also transformed into autumn flowers. Flowers continue to form creatures and animals, repeating birth and death forever.
Other works, such as “Butterflies, Ephemeral Life,” a work in which a group of butterflies dance through the space, changing colors according to the season, and “Fluffy Terrain of Bumpy Strata,” in which falling light particles create a strata pattern, will also change their appearance to autumn for a limited time.
