Limited to 500 pieces of rice bran “Banshu Handmade Miso” fermented by natural brewing

The hotel group “SETRE” in the center of Kansai is an additive-free “Banshu handmade” prepared by the Japanese chef of Setre Highland Villa Himeji, using twice as much handmade rice bran as regular miso, which has been used for over 100 years. “Miso” was released on December 27th, limited to 500 pieces.

Features of Banshu handmade miso

・Jiuqu made by the old-fashioned method and carefully selected ingredients from Banshu are used by the Jiuqu shop that has been in business for over 100 years.
・A gem of Setre Highland Villa Himeji’s Japanese master (Japanese chef) blended in a delicate balance (rice, soybeans, salt).
・Using twice as much Jiuqu as regular miso, the sweetness, umami, and richness of the Jiuqu are brought out to create a gentle taste.
・Fermented by natural brewing that is left to the power of nature without heating. In addition, it is exposed to the air and promotes fermentation to bring out the flavor.
・Miso with no chemical seasonings or additives.
